Debited for a cancelled policy and no refund after 17 days

I cancelled a policy for car insurance prior to inception as the cover would be invalid as the vehicle is a rebuild that is currently not licenced.

My account was debited June 1st for R810.86 till today the 17th of June there still has not been a refund.
