Debit order changers without our concern

Discovery decided to change their debit order date without our consent, Our policy Schedule clearly indicates that our debit orders is the 25th of every month but they decided to debit us on the 20th last month and the order bounced back. After numerous attempts to try and sort the matter with my husband we are now left without an insurance cover. A lady by the name of Lorato assured us that they will ensure that they re-issue a debit order to factor the incompetence on their part, she assured us that they will create an urgent debit so that our policy does not lapse ,she even admitted that it was an error on their part but they have no idea who changed our debit order date ( incompetence) It is sad that we are now without insurance due to their failure to ensure their system is in order and God forbid if anything happens to one of our cars they will tell us that the policy lapsed. Very Disappointing for such a highly regarded company.
