***** debit discovery

Hi there I am absolutely furious I have a debit order of R4167.74 that went off my account this morning from Discovery insurance of and I have never had any policy with them. When called them they had told me my ID number does not show on the system which is right because I've never had any insurance with them however they say my account was debited for house and car insurance!! I don't even own property or a car!! I went on to speak to Reratile Kekana and she confirmed that the references used were indeed valid discovery codes however they won't disclose who the policy is under,I am taking further legal action for this matter because I feel this is going to be brushed under the carpet whilst still damaging my insurance profile. I need this money refunded as I have no dealings with Discovery insurance.
