Dealing with Discovery Insure is worse than being hijacked
Dealing with Discovery Insure is worse than being hijacked, I was hijacked and I submitted my claim almost a month, till now my claim has not been paid/settled, they don't give any feedback I have to call them every time to get an update, only to be transferred from one consultant to another and them making empty promises. This is the worse service I've received

17 Feb 2023, 08:10 Good morning, yesterday morning 2023/02/15 I emailed back to Discovery a signed Agreement of Loss, I also uploaded it into the system since then I have not had any response if they received it or saw it or any feedback of what the next step will be or when the payment will be processed, please update me
