I asked for a quote and had to hand my bank details in exchange. They deducted 15k *******ly, even though i called back 3 times to make sure they understood of my decision to stay with Outsurance. i have proof of this but ive been passed around to 10 different idiots within Outsurance who never call back or follow through. Its a system to tire me out and its worked. Please dont use them - Ive been with outsurance for 30 yrs and they are 5 stars... Discovery are *******.

Discovery have convenintly lost a call where i called back to make sure i wasnt on their insurance ... hopefully you will listen this time ...

13 Nov 2023, 11:18Well - im still waiting for a response from Dsicovery for *****ing 15k form me - No surprise.... Again - Public. please rather go with Outsurance. I've been with them for over 30 years and they give thousands back every year to me if i don't claim. Discovery are too greedy taking from all areas and are clearly unable to perform basic CRM- All their CRM avenues are hidden with bots.. Bigger isn't better here.
