Dazzling Service Shelly-Ann Goeieman Discovery Insure Sandton

Greetings Discovery Peeps

Called Discovery Insure and was greeted by a lovely lady called Shelly-Ann Goeieman. That assisted me in amending a few aspects to a policy. Apart from that I inquired about Vitality.

Shelly-Ann took time to explain and answer each of my questions and had excellent knowledge about the product.

This past month I have spoken to at least half a dozen brokers and financial planners between OUTsurance, King Price, Quicksure, Dial Direct, SA Underwriters, Hippo Services, Miway, and Discovery (even my Financial Advisor who was good). But none of them provided such a dazzling as Shelly-Ann. Her energy flows through the phone.

I really believe and High Recommend she would make an amazing Broker/Financial Advisor because she has excellent people s****s and a calm and smoothing voice.

Insurance is already an industry where customers are reluctant /pulled/angry/difficult. Companies should train their staff to have her attitude and energy, I doubt the customer would be anything but happy afterwards.
