Dazzling Service from the Claims Agent

I had a home invasion on the 09th of September and damage was done to my structure and home contents ******. When I logged the claim with Discovery initially the app was just not responding and I decided to call in. My claim was then assigned to Andre Engelbrecht and he really dazzled me with great service, daily updates of progress, patience when I didn't have some of the requested documents, and overall great experience from a customer perspective. Thank you Andre for your dedication to your customers and work ethic, what was a very frustrating and anxious experience from us you helped us to not have to worry about the claim. Andre was very informative and never gave me false hope, till the end he was clear that the claim is still being assessed, even when we got pre-authorization he was still clear on what it meant so irrespective of the outcome of the claim I really commend his work ethic and clarity.
