<p>I reported my claim (cracked screen) on Discovery's website on Sunday, got a call from Kele (Claims Admin) to confirm the claim on Monday. Handed in the phone for damage assessment/repairs on Tuesday, claim was assessed, approved and phone fixed all in ONE day. I had my phone back by Tuesday afternoon.
