Discovery has ****** me of money that was due to me from my claim I have tried to take it further to no avail . There incompetence in picking up my vehicle from the tow yard costed me thousands and i had to fit the bill for them to process my claim .

Thanks for raising this concern with us. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused.
We have confirmed that at the time of the incident an unauthorized tow was used instead of arranging it via us. As a result we could only cover a portion of those fees as set out in your plan guide. Should you wish to renegotiate the fee, please speak to the service provider used to tow the vehicle.
