Why would you penalized for braking. Is one not supposed to avoid danger when they see one. To just move phone from where it was to a more secure place you are then accused of using a phone even if the phone is used by passengers then points get deducted. I have realised that Discovery is all about them milking us money and making false promises about us getting money back when they try by all means for us to get nothing out. I am still wondering if they will pay out should l need to claim but l think chances are below 50% they will. They don't give me the comfort l am insured.
