Subject: Claim No: ***, Planholder: Complaint about a damaged Cup Holder inside my BMW x5 vehicle while at DALS Libertas Reg no. *** in Goodwood.
Sir/Madam, I had my vehicle recently repaired at DALS Libertas Reg no. ***. I received my vehicle today, and I discovered that the cup holder had been damaged beyond repaired upon collection. I raised the issue with the manager who indicated that I have to raise the issue with Discovery Insure. This left me furious and decided to withhold the clearance certificate and customer satisfaction form until the issue has been resolved through my insurer Discovery. Can you please check with DALS Libertas and let me what may be done about the damage they caused to my vehicle to avoid unnecessary legal action ? I have attached the quotation for the repairs as reference. I have attaching photographs of the damaged portion for your reference.
I have not received any communication since 25 January 2023 on the repairs hence the hellopeter review.
I am still awaiting your feedback on the resolution since 25 January 2023 on the repairs. Please provide me with an update. It is regarding my numerous email requests regarding the following:
