Damage wire harness to fit tracking system

I have sign on with Discover Insure and discovery want to fit a tracking system and from the start I said NO cutting or stripping of the vehicle harness and discovery reply no sir it connect on the battery. Now the Ctrack cut and damage the harness and discover do not want to take responsibility for the damage and a week went pass now discovery started the Prosis again and do not want to assist I must wait again.
