D MAKING BAD EXPERIENCES WORSE... Thats Discovery
Its now been 3 months and claim has still not been paid out. Im doing hello Peter as I get good responses when I post here. After my last post things finally started moving i was paid about 20% of my claim but that they could not pay out the rest as my police forms were not correct (they had them for 2 months and only rep**** once posting on this site) approximately another month has passed. My claim was apparently approved (R30 000 less than what i asked for no reason provided for the difference) but now I have been told the poloce form needs a stamp. Bare in mind that satisfying Discovery's prerequisites involved me sending them around 10 different documents. So thank you Discovery!!!! I thought being broken into was bad but dealing with you gas made it even worse.
If you had a decorum of decency you would CALL me to sort this out and stop hiding away behind your claims consultant who since my last correspondence has been very helpful

After my last post things finally started moving and I was paid about 20% of my claim but was told that they could not pay out the rest as my police forms were not correct (they had them for 2 months and only rep**** once posting on this site) I had to call the warrant officer to dig up my docket and make the changes. Which she did. Approximately another month has passed. My claim was apparently approved (R30 000 less than what i asked for with no reason provided for the difference) but now I have been told the police form needs a stamp - bare in mind these were the same forms provided before and were in posession of discovery for 3 months. Also satisfying Discovery's prerequisites involved me sending them around 10 different documents despite not having a laptop or computer. The SAPS forms provided are official forms. Have the police station, case number and the investigatimg officer on.
