I was assisted by Mathibedi Choeu with cancellation of my policy. He was able to establish the reasons for cancellation of the policy without putting unnecessary pressure but at the same time gave enough information to allow for me to make an informed decision. At the end of the call, he was able to cancel the policy with immediate effect and also advised that if the debit goes through for whatever reason, I should contact Discovery Insure for the reversal of the debit.
