Customer Service that exceeds expectations

Once again, I had the pleasure of dealing with Discovery agent Nomfundo Sibeko regarding my allocation of points when the tracker was not recording properly. She was so efficient in correcting the issue and was so patient with a very frustrated customer (me). She should should train some of the other agents as her customer service skills are of platinum standard. Thank you.
