A friendly note to compliment Lungile on his friendly, caring and customer centric manner in which he has dealt with my query. He represents the epitome of an efficient customer services representative and I could not be prouder to do business with a company that instills their values and emotional intelligence in their personnel. <br> <br> We need more Lungiles in this world to drive business growth and sustain current clientele as South Africas customer service is deteriorating. The JSE giants seem to focus more on revenue and cost savings than the needs and wants of their consumer base. But...not in Discovery's case, not only as insurers but one of thee best medical aid companies in SA.<br> <br> I have been with them for over ten years and I have never had to complain as all my queries and concerns were addressed, if not immediately, then within a 24 hour turnaround time.<br> <br> Lungile, if ever you believe that your job is not fulfilling, you are more than welcome to come and work for me.
