CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE -Kelebogile Diale LEBO
Kelebogile Diale (Lebo) assisted me with emergency towing this month. Lebo was kind, emphatic and friendly. She was able to assist me within 40min. Lebo is great communicator, she called me every 10-15min to check if the service provider has arrived or not. Appreciate the great work Lebo and team at Discovery are going.
