Big ups to Ntombi Nyembe from the retentions department for exceptional customer service. She is skillful in what she does needless to say I'm still insured and paying +R400 less on my car insurance.
Thank you for your patience and effortless professionalism Ntombi, you definately exceeded my expectations.
