Customer Service

I called in to cancel my policy. I spoke to Shamanie Naidoo. She was very helpful and tried very hard to 'retain the customer'. In terms of the interaction with her, I would say she is Very Well Spoken, Patient, Friendly, Knowledgeable and represents here position well. I wish she handled my account from the outset but unfortunately my reasons for cancelling is due to poor customer service from my direct Discovery Broker. I'm afraid it's a case of not listening to a customer's needs for too long and showing a disregard for the little fine details....It's not always about saving money. When executed correctly, Customer Service is worth more than a little premium saving elsewhere. Shamanie, Thanks for handling my cancelling request professionally and I hope the bad areas within the organization are dealt with going forward.
