First of all, let me appreciate Mr Shafick Allow for his "i'm here for you Mr Mothudi attitude".
No one really like to have any billing queries but, it was a please that my issue was resolved by Shafick and i didn't have to make any calls past him due to his good customer care attitude.
Shafick, you are what the service industry is missing, keep it up!
