Customer Service at its BEST!
I called in to log a claim at 2pm today. An extremly helpful gentlemen Mothusi Msela took my call and assured me that he will fine a service provided to assist with my claim. True to his word the claim was resovled and assured me that he will call me before he leaves the office. This is customer service on other level and really appreciate your assitance SIR( Mr Msela) and to the service provider CMS. A big shout out. Keep up the great work!
