Customer Service assistance - Innocencia Rakgalakane

Working with the Discovery Insure Customer Services is a pleasure.

I had to have an item removed from my portfolio and was assisted by Innocencia Rakgalakane from the Client Servicing department. I was really impressed by her service, as she assisted me efficiently, removing the item and sending me my amended policy schedule within minutes.

The whole process was done in less than 10 minutes.

I also want to say that the structure of the whole process is very user-friendly. One is able to speak to the consultant within 30 seconds, as opposed to other companies where the whole process can take up to three minutes.
