<p>I would like to use this platform to thank discovery and more especially Nontombi Tsomo </p> <p>i was in a car accident about 2days ago my car was towed by discovery as my car was highly damaged I went home so saddened by this whole incident could not even sleep as i was fairly new at dicovery insure and did not have hope they will be there for me ,when i called the number they sent via sms to contact regarding my claim i meet Ntombi a lovely lady who is kind an sincere and willing to listen, she explained that my cover is active which gave me full relief,she also went through all the benefits i have in less then 5mins i was reserved a car at the closest Avis to me, then i was offered trauma counselling as i believe she picked up that i was still in shock. i am very pleased with the ladys good customer service and discovery to be pro -active im not done with my claim but so far so good.</p>
