Received excellent service from Zunaid Joseph at the Discovery Insure customer desk. My vehicle had a mechanical failure on Friday afternoon and Zunaid assisted by contacting a towing company and ensured that i was assisted. I do appreciate the follow-up call. thank you Zunaid
