I was about to cancel my insurance policy with discovery and had a very interesting chat to kelebogile mafuma from discovery. I received a better rate elsewhere but in the end decided to remain with discovery and it all comes down to the customer service and knowledge of kelebogile. Discovery you owe her, I would have gone elsewhere.
