I had a problem with a blocked drain and logged a query by using the call back service on the app. Willie Scholtz called me back within minutes. He logged my issue online and followed through until my drain was sorted. He went over and beyond his job to get me sorted out. He even went as far as offering another plumber because the plumber took a bit of time to get to me because their vehicle had a breakdown.
