Customer Satisfaction

Called in to cancel my contract as I was not happy with the premiums and the increase to the premiums. I spoke to Kirk De Sai from retentions who was fantastic and assisted me in the best way that he could by trying to reduce some of the premium amount. I really appreciated his understanding and support for customers and maintaining customer expectations.
