They made some effort to keep when I was ready to change to cheaper insurance. They couldn’t beat my other quotes in the long run, but it is less risk not to change insurance because of how the new insurance will penalise you should you claim in the first 3 months. Good on them for pointing this out. Of course it takes 30 mins of waiting on the phone to speak to a consultant and the calls often drop during those conversations.
