I cancelled my car insurance with Discovery in February 2020, for a cheaper plan. Upon speaking to the consultants, they transferred me to Shafick Allow from the Retentions Department. Shafick took the time to fully understand my reasons for cancelling the policy and even though he tried to retain me as a client, he was not forceful in his approach. We has an insightful conversation and he respected the decision I have made. I was really impressed by the professional service Shafick provided.
