I recently opted to cancel my Discovery Insure Policy due to having sold my property etc. and I dealt with Shafick Allow from the retentions department over the telephone. He was excellent and the process was handled very professionally and was swiftly resolved. This kind of service was very refreshing. I will definitely be back with Discovery Insure once I purchase a new property in the future.
