I’m writing this review to give praise to Teresa Vuma from the discovery Insure contact centre. Teresa assisted me to improve my Qualifying Cash back percentage from 25% to 50% with an additional fee of R10.00 on my policy. She was able to answer all questions and advised me correctly, which is not always the case with my past experience with other contact centre agents. Two words to describe Teresa’s service, patient and empowered or knowledgeable employee.
