Customer Delight!
Customer Delight!! My garden umbrella was totally damaged in a wind storm. Bianca Petersen Broker Claims Consultant – General Non-Motor Claims - and the team were absolutely fantastic in processing the claim speedily with the money in my bank account two days later! I have never had such prompt and professional service before from any industry player. Well done Bianca and thank you for your professionalism - you really live the value of understanding your customer.
