taking some time to thank Ricardo Edward Stokes for his incredible customer service. I was on the phone with him for about 15 minutes to resolve a few technical issues and he was so patient, knew what he was doing and for someone to still have customers top of mind at this time of the year when everybody else is partying, is worth mentioning.
