I was involved in an accident with one of your client, it has been a week and nothing has been done. Claim number: 977190. We received a call the day after the accident and that is all that Discovery has done. We had to enquire about the third party claim process ourselves, and we were redirected to the person who is assisting with the claim who is Zweli. I have sent a mail to him and left a voice message, he read the message on the 31st of August 2015 and still he did not respond to my email. I would like this to be sorted urgently.
