How do you take a pro rata for a car to be added meanwhile it was removed by them by mistake. Funny thing is my premium was still high as we covered 2 cars and a house. Started getting sms to remove the tracker as the car isn't covered.. According to whom as I am still paying the full amount for supposedly 1 car. Beats me...
You take a pro rata and a week later you take the full premium. So with the effects of Covid-19 you deem okay to take money that's not yours!!!!!
Refund was 5 - 7 days... That's come and gone. I WANT MY MONEY
