******** injustice, poor service

On 6 March 2019 i moved my insurance to discovery. The gentlement representing disvcovery was Clint Nr ***. As i was moving at the start of the month i had to pay a additional fee that i agreed upon making total just under R1500. I provided my banking details to clint and the debit order was due to go off in the 13 March 2019 to my surprise i received a notification from Discovery that the debit order received. i contacted DC Insure with regards to this matter my Policy number is ***. they once again to my banking details debit to take place and this did not materialized, i request to pay via EFT and they have banking details for there member to funds into. I provided and confirmed my detail via email with Johannah, Thapelo and Gift. 2 weeks later the premuim was reviewed and deducted

3 Months later i am apply for a bond and my bond originator advise me i have been Handed over to ITC by Discovery. I called DC insure they advise me that the matter will be resolved and that i will receive a letter stating that this will be removed from Itc as it been escalated to Finance department.

I have been waiting 2 week know I have contacted Clint again he has transferred me to Akona she has advised me that there is no direct contact number to discovery insure financial department and she will escalate it again I have been on the phone for 25 min already as I have been asked to hold 27/06/2019
