On the 21 of August 2019 I was involved in a car accident I am driving an import, discovery insurance after they done assessment declared my car write because of the costs I went for a second opinion confirmed it is not a write when I took the insurance I took a cover that includes a courtesy car Tivowhani Mufumadi told me according to them I never took it they had to listen to the telephone call between me and Abraham Khiba and discovered I took it I was never given a courtesy car while I was paying for that option I feel ****** and.cheated by this insurance i suffered for days now I am receiving an SMS I must removed the DQ tracker while my car is standing still not driving and I am being threatened by penalties what kind of service is this after I ve been in lot of stress and trauma , this is a harrassment they requested the address and telephone numbers of the panel beater I gave them as if I am lying this is too much after I paid installments for months and discovery did nothing for me , for not getting what they promised the courtesy car what is law saying about that this is day light ******* from clients I requested copy of the call when I took the insurance I was never given only Mufumadi confirmed over the phone that YES i took the option and I must pay 1450.00 for the rental car from Avis , I do not recall that being explained to me the day I took the insurance Justice need to intervene here I told them upfront my car it's an import I feel cheated here by discovery, my complain is the courtesy car I paid for over a year and that service was neve given to me I was only offered money that can not even buy new car, because they say its write off.
