Courtesy and Coffee - an insurance claim with Discovery Insure

My Nespresso coffee machine got zapped by a power surge in the neighbourhood. Even though this happened a few weeks ago and I only noticed it now Mosa Phillips from Discovery Insure was courteous and understanding and most importantly understood the importance to me of getting it sorted out right away. Thank you Mosa for helping me to resolve this as quickly as you did so I can get back to my delicious coffee.
