Couldn't be more Impressed

I had quite a complicated and time consuming query that I needed assistance with and Michaela McPherson went above and beyond to ensure that my request had been finalized she even went as far as working past her allocated shift time. If any one ever wants to publish a text book about excellent service it would serve them well to interview Michaela and get an inside peak at the life of a Customer Service Champion!!
