Couldn’t be happier with Discovery Insure!

I was very impressed with my claims process to repair my phone. I submitted the claim on Sunday afternoon 28 April 2024. I got a call the next day from the real repair company to bring in my phone for assessment. I went in on Wednesday 1 May and they advised a replacement was needed. I got a call the next day 2 May from Reabetswe Mabidikana who was very friendly, informative and efficient. She informed me that the phone replacement was authorized and submitted my claim to PhoneCity who have now sent out my replacement phone to arrive 6 May! My claim was sorted and new phone delivered all within a week. I am very happy with my insurance provider and very happy with the service I got. Thank you to Reabetswe and Adam! Best service!
