Could not provide roadsideassistance!bad service

I have been with discovery for 3 years, and in that time have never ha to claim. Yesterday when I needed roadside assistance and called the call centre I was told they cannot help me without even logging onto my policy profile to ascertain if I am a policy holder or even qualify for the service.This is the highest level of incompetency and negligence. Discovery Insure has proved to me that it does not care about its clientele, they care about only their money! I think they should not proud themselves as the best short term insurance but the worst. I am highly livid and disappointed with the level of service or rather disservice that I received from discovery insure. I will certainly leave this service provider and not recommend it to anyone.
