Costly Poor Workmanship

I was involved in an unfortunate hit and run accident shortly after I joined Discovery Insure. The chosen panelbeater, Eljourney did a bad job in repairing my car, and I had to take the car back to be fixed. The car hire period lapsed and I was made liable for the payment of the extra days that my car was not ready. Now I am told it is my fault, I should have taken the rental car back a week before my car was ready. Very disappointed and am cancelling the cover with immediate effect!!!
