Convenient and efficient claims process

<p>I lodged an online claim for a portable possession via the Discovery Insure website on 04 June 2017. The claim was allocated to the claims consultant Natasja Badenhorst who finalized my claim within 3 working days (07 June 2017) and immediately arranged for a replacement item from a service provider .</p> <p> </p> <p>As I was not too keen on the replacement options from the service provider, Natasja went the extra mile to arrange a cash equivalent of my claim to be paid to me via EFT.
