Contradicting info RE stand-alone device

Despite being a loyal client for over 10 years, I have received exceptionally poor service from Discovery Insure recently. We are not allowed to install a stand-alone tracking device in our new car because they are pushing their agenda for their own device, despite official documents stating that we have a choice between stand-alone and theirs. I was told management would contact me to sort this out, but I have not heard from them.
