Continuous suboptimal service from Discovery insure

I have been with discovery insurance for more than 5 years now however all the time I have a claim I get suboptimal service, and I ask myself whether it is worth it to be paying so much with such pathetic service from this insurance. About 2 weeks ago I logged a claim about a building leak at my house and someone came to assess, and report was done and up today i have NEVER been given any feedback unless i initiate it and up to today nothing has been done, and NO ONE IS SAYING ANYTHING. Even worse, this insurance assigns a consultant to look after your claim and she has never ever given me any feedback even worse she ignores my emails. ALMOST 3 WEEKS NOW AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT THE LEAK

Very disappointing experience for me with this insurance

Good day Dumi,

We're really sorry to hear about your ongoing frustrations with Discovery Insurance. It sounds incredibly disheartening to experience such poor service, especially after being a loyal customer for over five years. The lack of communication and follow-up on your claim is unacceptable, and it's understandable that you're feeling disappointed and questioning the value of your insurance.

We have made the relevant management team aware of your distress regarding the claim.

Regards
Discovery Insure

I'm not sure what is the meaning of apology anymore, I thought it meant "I see my shortcomings and I will do better next time" but in this case it is a continuous ongoing behavior to the same client you made previously and thus your apology is NOT ACCEPTED. People and companies have lost their ethical principles and only interested to what is coming to them.
So, I'm not interested in any further discussions, i want this claim to be sorted ASAP.
So, I am only interested to know who and when will that person come sort this out
