Continuous Rewards and Telematic problems & errors not getting solved

<p>Client continiously experience telematics problems. We (broker) and the client have been back and forward with Discovery Insure for months now and still the problems is not solved. His smart phone unit did not work properly, driving activity is not always recorded, rewards is not given, his activity report does not match the information on Discovery's side and so on.</p> <p>Client does not have faith or trust in any information provided by Discovery anymore, we (broker) also and it is very frustrating because we don't get answers or solutions to the issues.</p>
