Continuous harassment over tracker that I do not have

I recently moved my short-term insurance from Discovery to Momentum, in protest of Discovery's appalling handling of the Apple Watch and Active Rewards PR mess.

Upon cancelling the policy, Discovery started sending messages that I will be liable for a tracker installed in a car owned before. I phoned Discovery Insure immediately and explained that the tracker was removed and installed in a second car (as per their instructions) and YET AGAIN removed when I bought my latest car. They are in possesion of the tracker, but it is clear their records are not up to date as they do not even have my name correctly in the correspondence! They have a female name in the messages! The call centre operator promised to make a note on the system and will try and stop the harrassing messages, which I am still receiving.
