Consumate Professional and great service

After having a rather bad experience on Monday, 8 February 2016, of having clothes ****** from the washing line, my claim with Discovery had a rocky start, while being handled by Donovan Chetty. On a follow up call Monday, 15/02/2016, it turned out that my claim was reassigned to Wezile. And boy, does she ROCK. After sending the documents through to her, and in the back of my mind being convinced that this will again take about a week before getting any feedback, I was blown away by getting a call at 15:00 the same day. Efficiency in practise. She deserves at least a Service Reward, at most an increase. It is great talking and working with people that are not only sympathetic, but also very efficient. Well done one having such a great person to assist customers.
