Consultant shows no interest in securing business

My existing insurance company pushed up the premiums.<br> <br> I shopped around and got Discovery Insure to contact me on 02 December 2015.<br> <br> The initial discussion with Isaki was fine. I sent him a copy of my policy to quote on a like for like basis. He called me back with a verbal quotation, beating my current insurance premiums. He mailed the quotation on 02 December 2015.<br> <br> There were items that had not been done on a like for like basis, and I had some additional queries. I sent through a detailed e-mail outlining my concerns, queries and questions to be answered. I required clarity on the way things were structured and cover given. I mailed my queries on 03 December 2015.<br> <br> I then received a revised quotation adjusting some items that were highlighted, but no clarity or reply on my queries. I sent a mail and Isaki called me back, and I explained that I needed answers on my questions, not a quotation. He assured me he would look at it and get back to me.<br> <br> I forwarded him my mail on Friday 04 December and no reply or response.<br> <br> Looks like Discovery does not want a new client.
