No response. Its been 5 days trying to get hold of Rehana Williams our claim consultant. After reaching her today, she drop the phone in my ear when she realized who I am. Her team leader Tembisile is also ignoring our emails and calls. Rehana asked us 7 weeks ago to deregister our property so the claim can be settled. We did the deregistration and they rejected the claim. The investigator did not even phoned the police officer that is working the case. As the Police was excellent in their job and assisting us.
